SILVATAI

Mountains · Full Day

Private Doi Suthep Hike & Bike.

The Experience

Up on foot. Down on two wheels.

The morning begins at Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, 1,100 metres above the city, and climbs on foot through highland jungle thick with Mai Yai to a Hmong village near the summit of Doi Pui at 1,400 metres.
Lunch is taken at the village. Then the bikes are waiting, and the whole mountain gives itself back — twenty kilometres of descent through the national park, 1,300 metres of elevation released in a couple of unhurried hours, with the Ping Valley opening below.
The day ends at Huay Tueng Tao lake on the valley floor, where a late lunch and a swim are waiting before the drive back.
