Common questions

Yes. Every Silvatai experience is exclusive to your party — whether that is a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. We never combine bookings.

No. Our water experiences are designed for beginners and led by expert guides with full safety equipment. If you can sit and paddle gently, you can join.

We recommend 2–6 weeks ahead, especially in high season (November–February). Because capacity is deliberately limited, earlier is always better. Last-minute requests are welcome and accommodated when possible.

Very much so. Privacy means we can adapt pace, timing, and activities entirely around your family. Tell us ages in your enquiry and we will tailor accordingly.

We host a limited number of guests each season to protect quality and the places we visit. Requesting access starts a conversation — we reply personally within 24 hours with availability and a tailored proposal.

The Signature Collection opens to our access list first. Join via the contact page and you will receive the reveal — and first booking priority — before public release.
